Regular and On-site registrants for the full 3-day conference/congress will receive the conference/congress kit, attendance at the opening and closing ceremonies, all technical sessions and workshops, exhibition, one technical tour and refreshmets provided during the period.

Students are required to submit an official letter from their respective universities confirming their status as current students and present their student cards at the conference/congress registration desk.

Daily rate registrants for any one day will receive the conference/congress kit, attendance at the sessions, entry to the exhibition and refreshments scheduled during that day.
3. TECHNICAL VISITS
All Technical Visits (TV) are scheduled on 13 October 2022 (Thursday) from 2.00pm – 6.00pm. Please indicate your preference for any one (1) of the visits.

Technical visits are subject to change.
Technical visits have limited seats and shall be on a first-come-first-served basis. Confirmation of seating is upon receipt of full payment of conference/congress registration fee.
Any request for change in the choice of technical visit should be sent in writing to the Registration Committee and is subject to the availability of the requested technical visit.
Delegates are required to reconfirm their participation in the technical visit of their choice on the first day of conference, failing which the seat will be offered to other delegates in the waiting list.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations should be sent in writing to the Registration Committee as addressed below or via email exhibition@11mrc.com

6. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Transfer of registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the replacing individual must be advised in writing to the Registration Committee prior to the conference/congress.
